About Century 21 France
| Today the network comprises some 765 agencies and 5000 persons. Initially starting out from Ile-de-France, Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, the netrwork now covers the entire country. With a sales volume of 4,9 billion Euros in 2003, the Century 21 Network is now the market leader in property sales in France. The expectations of the clientele and the specific context of the French professional regulation has led Century 21 France to cover a |
wider breadth of the palette of real estate services than the United States. Since 1994 the activitites of the network have broadened to encompass property administration, copropriety syndication, and rental management. Two new activities have also recently commenced : commercial real estate and sale of businesses. |
Quality: our central preoccupation translated into a demanding programme.
| The service sector, and in particular the real estate sector, evolves in an environment of regulation, socio-economics, culture and technique which is constantly changing. This context demands regrouping, rationalisation of methods, communication and above all constant work on quality. This preoccupation with the qualitative elements is at the heart of the service culture put in place at every level of the CENTURY 21 network, based fundamentally on the concepts of proximity, responsibility and constant training of all of its members. |
The use of information technologies allows reconciliation of the work of regional agencies and offices of the network with access to national and international data. It is a guarantee of security and transparency vis-à-vis our clients. In order to improve the quality of our services and to better anticipate the expectations of the market, CENTURY 21 carries out regular customer satisfaction surveys. These are proof of constant self-questioning of the organisation and a continuous striving for improvement. |
