Management :
- Bookings: rental contracts, cancellation insurance, tourism classification. We are open 6 days a week the better to be able to respond to enquiries. For every contract, you are sent a notification informing you of the period rented and of your net revenue.
- Great flexibility in planning and prices: On the one hand you are free to choose the number of weeks you would like to rent for. On the other hand, the prices are calculated in accordance with the local market (location, furnishing, timing of school holidays in Fance and abroad) but are not validated without your agreement.
- Welcome and Follow Up of Client: key collection, inventory of fixtures, provision of end of stqy cleaning
- Maintenance of your property: cleaning at the beginning of the season, management of heating, water, electricity and any necessary repairs.
- An all “inclusive package à la carte" offering various services : lift passes, ESF lessons, ski equipment, bed linen rental, towels, cots... these services can be reserved online on our website.
